Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.
HOW CAN I RAISE A RETURN REQUEST?
Please reach out totheweaverbanaras@gmail.comwithin3 daysof order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within48 hoursof receiving the request.
One can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.
No return/exchange request will be accepted after the given time frame.
Any cancellation request will be accepted only before dispatch of the order.
How do i return?
To raise a return request send us a direct WhatsApp message from the chat button on website with following credentials:
Order Number
Photo of the product you intend to return
Reason for returning the product
What items are returnable?
Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for returns.
The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
They must be in original condition.
For clothing unwashed and unworn.
In the original packaging with all the tags etc.
Note: Returnswill not be initiated for the sarees, if blouse has been stitched or fall/pico has been done.
Orders with manufacturing defect/in damaged condition or dispatch of incorrect item.
If you receive your order in a damaged condition or with any manufacturing defect or it's not the product you ordered email us at theweaverbanaras@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In this case we will replace the product at no extra cost. If replacement is not possible we will let you choose an alternate product of the same value.
Any shipping cost related to returns will be borne by us for Indian residents.
For Overseas Residents customer has to bear the expenses regarding shipping of the returned product.
Note: In case of handwoven products, there might be slight irregularities which shouldn't be considered as defects or damages.
What's the next step after i raise a return request?
Upon receipt of your request we shall go through the same.
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact..
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for return.
For Indian Residents Pickup for the product will be done from our end.
Any cost with regards to return of the product will be borne by us.
